Dr Gérard SORBA
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Gérard Sorba is a French general practitioner and a recognized entrepreneur in the field of clinical research. In 1996, he founded CLINACT, a Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in clinical operations. He subsequently created and developed several other companies, including FORMATIS in 1997, a training center specialized in clinical research; TempoPHARMA in 2001, a consulting firm; and Clinfile in 2010, dedicated to the development of digital applications for clinical study management. In 2014, these entities were combined under the name MultiHealth Group, thus offering a full range of services in the healthcare sector. In 2016, he acquired Statitec, a company specializing in data analysis, which integrated MultiHealth.
Angèle GUILBOT
Général Manager
Angèle Guilbot joined the MultiHealth group in September 2018 as Scientific and Regulatory Director. Since early 2021, she has been the Group’s General Manager.
After completing a PhD in molecular neurogenetics, Angèle successively worked in Biotech, CRO (Medical writer and Project Manager in Medical Affairs), and pharmaceutical laboratories (Head of Research and Innovation). A graduate of ESSEC Business School in Innovation Strategy, she is currently responsible for managing the growth strategy and overseeing operations. She also supports clients in trial methodological design.
Valérie HERVE
Chief Operating Officer
Valérie joined TempoPHARMA in June 2021 to manage its operational activities. She is in charge of the company’s business development and is involved in monitoring recruitment within the MultiHealth Group.
After starting her career as an ARC Moniteur in CROs and then veterinary laboratories over 25 years ago, Valérie moved on to project and resource management positions. For nearly 15 years, she has been offering support and outsourcing solutions tailored to the needs and business challenges of Life Sciences customers.
Delphine DUBOIS
Clinical Operations Director
Delphine joined the MultiHealth Group in March 2021 to take charge of clinical, vigilance, regulatory and scientific writing activities for clinical studies at Clinact, the Group’s CRO. Previously, she held various positions as CRO Real Word Evidence Manager (KEYRUS BIOPHARMA, UMANIS), Project Manager and then CRO Manager for TAKEDA. Delphine is now returning to her roots, having started her career in 1997 as a CRA trainee at Clinact, and then as a Clinical Research Associate.
Frédéric ANGER
Director of Communications, Customer Relations and Employer Brand
Frédéric joined the MultiHealth Group as Director of Communications, Customer Relations and Employer Brand, to take on both strategic and operational roles. He defines and drives the strategy of the Group and its five constituent companies. He is responsible for promoting them and their brand image, while at the same time enhancing the value of the services offered to different audiences. He has over 20 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications, working in a wide range of sectors.
Mathieu CAPERAA
CRO Sales Director
Mathieu joined the Group in August 2022 and holds the position of Sales & Solutions Director, supporting all customers in their clinical development and real-life monitoring of products.
With a background in science and data management, he successively held positions as Clinical Data Analyst, Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and Clinical Project Manager before focusing his career on advising and supporting life science customers within various groups and CROs.
