Dr Gérard SORBA
Founder and Chairman
Gérard Sorba is a French general practitioner and a recognized entrepreneur in the field of clinical research. In 1996, he founded CLINACT, a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in clinical operations. He went on to create and develop several other companies, including FORMATIS in 1997, a training center specialized in clinical research, TempoPHARMA in 2001, a consulting company, and Clinfile in 2010, dedicated to the development of digital applications for clinical study management. In 2014, these entities were combined under the name MultiHealth Group, offering a comprehensive range of services in the healthcare sector. In 2016, it acquired Statitec, a company specialized in data analysis, which became part of MultiHealth.
Angèle GUILBOT
General Manager
Angèle Guilbot joined the MultiHealth Group in September 2018 as Scientific and Regulatory Director. Since early 2021, she has been the group's Managing Director.
After a PhD in molecular neurogenetics, Angèle worked successively in Biotech, CRO (medical writer and medical affairs project manager), and pharmaceutical companies (research and innovation manager). A graduate of ESSEC in innovation strategy, she is now responsible for growth strategy and overseeing operations. She also assists customers in the methodological design of trials.
Valérie HERVE
TempoPHARMA Business Director
Valérie joined TempoPHARMA in June 2021 to manage its operational activities. She is in charge of the company's business development and participates in monitoring recruitment within the MultiHealth Group.
After starting her career as an ARC Moniteur with CROs and then veterinary laboratories over 25 years ago, Valérie moved on to project and resource management functions. For nearly 15 years, she has been offering support and outsourcing solutions tailored to the needs and business challenges of Life Science customers.
Delphine DUBOIS
Director of Clinical Operations
Delphine joined the MultiHealth Group in March 2021 to take charge of clinical, vigilance, regulatory and scientific writing activities for clinical studies within Clinact, the Group's CRO. Previously, she held various positions as CRO Real Word Evidence Manager (KEYRUS BIOPHARMA, UMANIS), Project Manager and then CRO Manager for TAKEDA. Delphine is now returning to her roots, having started her career in 1997 as an ARC trainee at Clinact, then as a Clinical Research Associate.
Frédéric ANGER
Director of Communications, Customer Relations and Employer Brand
Frédéric joined the MultiHealth Group as Director of Communications, Customer Relations and Employer Brand, taking on both strategic and operational roles. He defines and drives the strategy of the Group and its five constituent companies. He is responsible for their promotion and brand image, while enhancing the services offered to different audiences. He has over 20 years' experience in marketing and communications, in a wide variety of sectors.
Mathieu CAPERAA
CRO Sales Manager
Mathieu joined the Group in August 2022 and holds the position of Sales & Solutions Director, supporting all customers in their clinical development and real-life monitoring of products.
With a background in science and data management, he successively held positions as Clinical Data Analyst, Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and Clinical Project Manager before focusing his career on consulting and supporting life science customers within various groups and CROs.
