Dr Gérard SORBA
Founder and Chairman
Gérard Sorba is a physician who has practiced in intensive care and pharmacology at hospitals. He is also a graduate of HEC. He is a recognized entrepreneur in the field of clinical research. In 1996, he foundedCLINACT, a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in clinical operations. He then created and developed several other companies, includingFORMATIS in1997, a training center specializing in clinical research, TempoPHARMA in 2001, a consulting firm, and Clinfile in 2010, dedicated to the development of digital applications for clinical trial management. In 2014, these entities were merged under the name MultiHealth Group, offering a comprehensive range of services in the healthcare sector. In 2016, he acquired Statitec, a company specializing in data analysis, which was integrated into MultiHealth.
Elise TRONEL
Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Activities for Clinical Operations
Elise TRONEL joined the MultiHealth group in early 2026 to take charge of the general management of commercial activities for clinical operations. She has extensive experience in team management, having worked for more than 18 years in companies in the healthcare and digital sectors. Her approach to customer management has earned her significant success with major accounts as well as with growing companies.
Delphine DUBOIS
Director of Clinical Operations
Delphine DUBOIS joined the MultiHealth Group in March 2021 to take charge of clinical operations, vigilance, regulatory affairs, and scientific writing for studies managed by CLINACT, STATITEC, and Clinfile. Previously, she held various positions as CRO Real World Evidence Manager (KEYRUS BIOPHARMA, UMANIS), Project Manager, and then CRO Manager for TAKEDA. Delphine is now returning to her roots, having started her career in 1997 as an ARC intern at Clinact, then as a Clinical Research Associate.
Valérie HERVE
TempoPHARMA Business Director
Valérie joined TempoPHARMA in June 2021 to manage its operational activities. She is responsible for resource management and participates in monitoring recruitment within the MultiHealth Group.
After starting her career as an ARC Monitor at a CRO and then at veterinary laboratories more than 25 years ago, Valérie moved into project and resource management roles. For nearly 15 years, she has been offering support and outsourcing solutions tailored to the needs and business challenges of Life Sciences clients.
Anne Sophie Romei
Chief Financial Officer
Anne Sophie ROMEI joined the group in 2016 and holds the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Chloe SORBA
Sales Director at TempoPHARMA
Chloé SORBA is the Sales Director at TempoPHARMA. After spending two years in the group’s sales and marketing department, she assumed her role as Sales Director in September 2025. She holds degrees from EDHEC and SKEMA in Business Development. Her dual French and American citizenship enables her to contribute to the group’s international expansion.
Nadège LEON GIBELIN
Director of Management Control and Contracts at the MultiHealth Group
Nadège Leon Gibelin is responsible for the overall financial management of the MultiHealth Group’s operations. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from IUP Sophia Antipolis and completed her studies at Liverpool John Moores University (UK). She has 20 years of experience in international financial management, gained in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, and automotive transportation industries.
